DATA RETENTION POLICY

1) Intent of the Policy
This Data Retention Policy outlines the responsibilities and obligations of Nimbri Logistic Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nimbri Logistic Pvt. Ltd.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning the retention of personal data that we collect, store, and process. The retention and management of information collected through our website (“the Site”) is governed by this policy and is considered an integral part of our Terms of Use.

b. This Policy covers all data stored or processed across Nimbri Logistic Pvt. It also extends to all virtual environments, including cloud servers under the control of Nimbri Logistic Pvt. Ltd.

a. Your Personal Data and files are stored on servers owned by Nimbri Logistic Pvt. Ltd. as well as on servers operated by third-party service providers engaged by us. While our primary servers are located in India, your personal information may be transferred internationally, as some of these service providers may operate in other countries.

Although we implement robust security measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to our site. Any such transmission is made at your own risk. a. The Grievance Officer shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Policy and ensuring compliance with this Policy, other data management policies of Nimbri Logistic Pvt. Ltd., the Information Technology Act, 2008 (as amended), and any other applicable data protection laws.

b. Any questions or concerns regarding this Policy, data retention practices, or compliance with the IT Act, 2008 should be directed to the Grievance Officer.

Exemptions for Extended Data Retention

Retention periods outlined in this Policy may be extended under special circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Ongoing investigations conducted by competent authorities under Indian law, where personal data records may be required to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations;
  • Exercising legal rights in connection with lawsuits, legal proceedings, or similar judicial actions.

  • To anticipate and resolve issues related to products or services provided to the User.
  • To provide the User with the information, products, and services they request.
  • To inform the User about related information services or offerings similar to those they have purchased or inquired about.
  • To notify the User about updates or changes to our services.
